A: If you requested shipping insurance
at time of purchase, the delivery company will handle your claim.

Q: How long will it take for a special order?

A: This depends on many things, size of
the project, type of project, and my current production schedule.

Q: Are your scenery pieces breakable?
|
|
A: Yes, but they are designed to be as
durable as possible. Remember they are home made, not cast out
of concrete. More breakable products will note that they are fragile.

Q: Are your products non toxic?
|
|
A: Yes, but please don't eat, swallow,
melt, burn, inhale, or smoke any of my products.
|

Q: Can I give the scenery a coating with laquer?
|
|
A: NO! anything that is made from styrofoam
will melt! Causing it to be completely destroyed.
